Coach Luke Tucker’s Harrison County wrestling team overcame some bad luck on Saturday to finish second thanks to some gritty performances by some young, up-and-coming wrestlers.
The bad luck was when freshman Nathan Lopez suffered a concussion in the semi’s of the 120 lb weight class and could not continue.
Lopez was a stalwart in the eighth grade last year and figured to score points in the meet on Saturday.
That was the bad news though for the Breds.
