“We did not deserve to win, we shot poorly. We looked tired, our guards looked tired,” lamented Coach Mike Reitz after his team fell to Webster County 41-39 in overtime Tuesday night.
This was the second game in as many nights for the Harrison County Thorobreds as they played in the National Guard Classic at LaRue County High School.
Poor shooting was the problem, which was due to poor shot selection, for the most part.
Webster County has a good defensive team aided by its ability to play nine players without missing a beat.
