Breds, Fillies find Christmas break unkind

The going has been tough for varsity basketball in Harrison County during the last several days. Both the varsity Thorobreds (3-6) and Fillies (2-4) struggled through tournaments this week and are hoping to soon snap losing streaks.

The Breds are on a five-game skid that began at Deming High School on Saturday, Dec. 15, with a loss to Maysville St. Patrick (7-3) in the Leota Massey Memorial Shoot-out.
