Bracken County Sheriff's deputy arrested Friday

A Bracken County Sheriff's deputy was arrested Friday morning in Falmouth.

According to a release from the Kentucky State Police, Frank Smith Jr., 39, Brooksville, was arrested for trafficking a controlled substance second degree. The arrest occurred about 11 a.m. Friday at the McDonald's in Falmouth.

Making the arrest were members of the Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement Special Investigations East Command along with troopers from  KSP Post 6.
