Blue Grass Energy announces three organizational changes, effective immediately. Barry Drury, district manager, has been named Vice President, Energy Solutions; Robert Farmer, district manager, has been named Vice President, Operations; and Carol Higdon, district manager, has been named Vice President, Member Services.
