Maternal grandparents are Terri Wells of Mt. Home, Ark. and Donald Harlow of Florence, Ind.; maternal great-grandparents are Marian Harlow and the late Dorthy Harlow, Gilbert and Sharon Wells and the late Nelson and Clara May Wells.

Paternal grandparents are Tom and Lavern Gripshover of Hebron, Ky.
