Lucas Allen Carr was born to Jason and Tabitha Carr of Cynthiana on March 15, 2011 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. He weighed 8 lbs. 12 oz.
Maternal grandparents are Gary and Joanna Philpot of Cynthiana; maternal great-grandparents are James Philpot of Cynthiana, Georgia Moore of London, Ky., the late Lillian Emery, and Vivian Philpot and Henry Moore.
Paternal grandparents are Allen and Debbie Carr; paternal great-grandparents are David and Patricia Biddle, all of Lexington, and the late Tinnie and Barbara Carr.
