A Berry man is in jail following a shooting last week in Robertson County.
Keith Case, 38, of Berry, was arrested Tuesday, Aug. 6, and charged with first degree assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
According to a press release from the Kentucky State Police, Case and Victor Knipper, 45, of Mt. Olivet, had been in an argument earlier in the day and had separated.
However, around 11:30 p.m., Knipper returned to the property at 4274 Reed Lane where it was reported that a shooting had occurred.
