Basketball Breds fall to Scott Eagles in region semi-final

In a hard-fought game Friday night the Harrison County Thorobreds dropped a 58-44 verdict to the Scott High Eagles in the 10th Region semi-finals.
The cold shooting of Coach Larry Kendall’s charges late in the second quarter spelled doom for the Breds. Up to that point, the Breds were playing evenly with Scott High.  
The Thorobreds took an early lead as they held the northern Kentucky Eagles to only two field goals in the first period.
