U.S. District Court Bankruptcy Judge Alan C. Stout signed two orders recently in the Brenda K. Brown case.
The judge ordered last week that Stewart Auction & Appraisal of Corbin, Ky., be paid $32,309 for its administrative expenses in the sale of Brown’s Paintsville property.
The order detailed that Stewart Auction was due 6 percent of the $525,000 sale of the property as well as out-of-pocket expenses amounting to $809.
On Feb. 20, the judge also signed an order to reimburse Richard M. Wehrle, conservator for James Brown, for administrative expenses.
