Arnett-Switzer named Kentucky Colonel at capitol building

Secretary of State, Alison Lundergan Grimes, recently encountered my brother Capt. Samuel Arnett in Kuwait while evaluating the voting systems of deployed soldiers.
After learning of his extensive deployment history as well as the accomplishments of his wife, Sara Jane Arnett, (Military Spouse of the Year and children’s book author of “My Daddy’s a Soldier”) Secretary Grimes insisted that a member of our family be acknowledged and represented at a press conference on Sept. 12 in the Capitol Building.
