Alyssa Jo Rice was born to Bradley Aaron and Ashley Marie Rice of Cynthiana on Jan. 25, 2009 at Georgetown Community Hospital. She weighed 8 lbs. 4 oz.

Maternal grandparents are Susan Moore of Cynthiana, and David Moore of Lexington, Ky.

Paternal grandparents are Donna and Chester Knipp of Cynthiana, and Floyd and Monica Rice of Cynthiana.
