“Something’s gone wrong,” said Cynthiana City Commissioner Billy Grayson after showing photographs a beautifully kept homes and lawns against properties that have been abandoned and are a nuisance to the community.
“Somewhere we’re dropping the ball,” Grayson said.
He added that some of these properties have been in a dilapidated state for three years.
He said a common problem voiced by the neighbors of these unkempt properties is snakes.
