3rd Spooky Boo Wow parade is Oct. 27

Saturday, Oct. 27, will see the return of the popular family event that will bring out all sizes and shapes of ghosts, goblins, wieners and  witches.
Yes, it’s time for the third annual Spooky Boo-Wow Howl-o-ween parade.
Registration will begin at 11 a.m. on the lawn at the old courthouse in downtown Cynthiana. The canines and their owners will join a parade around the courthouse beginning at noon.
