The state’s investigation following the death of a 3M employee is finished, but results have yet to be released.
“Kentucky OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) has completed their investigation,” 3M plant manager Ann Getting said Tuesday morning.
The investigation followed the death of Tammy Landrum, 39.
Landrum suffered from static electric shock in the tape film department of the New Lair Road factory on May 6.
She died four days later at the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital.
