The drawing for the 38th District Tournament took place Monday in the cafeteria of Harrison County High School.
Athletic Director Brad Allison was in charge of the proceedings which had an all too familiar theme.
The meeting began with Pendleton County’s Athletic Director Keith Smith proposing a plan to seed and have revenue sharing.
This plan was to allow Nicholas County and Robertson County to make more money on the tournament while Harrison County and Pendleton County would make significantly less.
