2012 Salvation Army Bellringer Campaign. Harrison County Fair Queens, from left, Michelle Carson, Anna Midden, Noelle Howard and Katelyn Oakley, helped kick off the Salvation Army Bellringer campaign at Biancke’s Restaurant this past Saturday as part of their community service commitment. The Harrison County Service Unit of the Salvation Army kicked off the annual Bellringer Campaign on Friday, Nov. 23. Bellringer volunteers are manning the kettle posts each Friday and Saturday until Christmas Eve. Kettle posts are located at Wal-Mart, Ken’s Market, Speedway and Biancke’s from 4 to 8 p.m. each Friday and Saturday. Each volunteer works a two hour shift in support of this community project.
