2011 was prosperous; looking forward to 2012

I trust that everyone had a Merry Christmas as we look forward to a prosperous New Year.
What does that mean? We all get those greeting cards that wish us well, but prosperous?
Looking back on 2011, I have to think of some of what I would consider prosperous for Cynthiana and Harrison County.
For instance, 2011 was the beginning of construction on the Cynthiana by-pass. It’s a state-funded project that is bringing millions of dollars to the area.
