  • PUBLIC NOTICE NOTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL COVENANT TI Group Automotive Systems LLC (TI Automotive), as the Owner of real property located at 1070 State Highway 356, Cynthiana, KY 41031, by virtue of a deed of record in Deed Book 253, Page 322 in the Office of the Clerk of Harrison County, Kentucky, hereby states that an Environmental Covenant is being placed of record and will affect a certain portion of said real property in accordance with KRS 224.80-110 to KRS 224.80-210. The legal description of the said certain portion of the real property (Parcel) is as follows: Beginning at a mag nail set in concrete in the southeast right-of-way of Cynthiana Bypass (US 62), a corner to Parcel 2-A, a new division of TI Group Automotive Systems, L.L.C. (D.B. 182, Pg. 244; D.B. 253, Pg. 322) and a corner to Commonwealth of Kentucky (D.B. 295, Pg. 313); said point lying N.332644E. 1,197.24 feet from the intersection of the centerlines of White Oak Pike (KY 356) and Cynthiana Bypass (US 62); thence with the said southeast right-of-way of said Cynthiana Bypass (US 62) for three calls as follows: (1) N.593317E. 170.74 feet to an iron pin, (2) N.454127E. 278.31 feet to a point, and (3) N.585439E. 90.33 feet to an iron pin, a corner to Parcel 2-A, a new division of TI Group Automotive Systems, L.L.C. (D.B. 182, Pg. 244; D.B. 253, Pg. 322); thence with said Parcel 2-A for five calls as follows: (1) S.152528W. 472.33 feet to an iron pin, (2) S.133901W. 416.90 feet to an iron pin, (3) N.745331W. 112.58 feet to an iron pin, (4) N.393800W. 125.36 feet to an iron pin, and (5) N.013315W. 407.14 feet to the point of beginning containing an area of 4.165 acres more or less, and being subject to any and all easements or right-of-way of record and in existence. TI Automotive is the owner and sole holder of all interest in the Parcel, in accordance with a site Management Plan approved by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet (the Cabinet), 300 Sower Blvd., Frankfort, KY 40601.
